§ 2-2-1. Employment of assistants to board of commissioners.

Be it further enacted that the Board of Commissioners of Road and Revenues [Board of Commissioners] of Henry County is hereby authorized to employ such clerks, assistants, or assistant clerks as said board of commissioners shall deem necessary, and to prescribe their duties and fix their salaries.
