§ 2-2-3. E911; powers of governing authority.

Pursuant to the authority of paragraph (1) of subsection (e) of Code Section 46-5-133 of the O.C.G.A., the governing authority of Henry County is authorized to implement and to exercise the powers conferred by Code Section 46-5-133 of the O.C.G.A., relating to the authority to require telephone companies to divide maintenance fees for the operation of enhanced emergency telephone number "911" systems among subscribers.
