§ 2-2-16. Status of governing authority; general powers.

  • The Board of Commissioners of Henry County shall be the governing authority of Henry County and shall be vested with the control and management of the affairs of said county. Said board shall exercise all of the powers, duties and responsibilities hereinafter provided for, as well as all other powers, duties and responsibilities which are vested in the governing authorities of the counties of this state by the Constitution and general laws of Georgia.
