The Treasurer of Henry County shall receive an annual base salary of two thousand
seven hundred fifty dollars ($2,750.00) payable in equal monthly installments from
Henry County funds. Said annual salary shall be increased by three and one-half (3½)
percent of the base amount on July 1, 1981, and on July 1 of each year thereafter.
In addition to said salary, he shall also receive from county funds such sums as he
may pay to a surety company as premiums for his official bond.
