§ 2-2-123. Audits.

The books and records of the authority shall be audited at least annually at the expense of the authority by a competent, independent auditor. The audit and a summary of the audit shall be filed with the clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Roads and Revenues [Board of Commissioners] of Henry County and shall be available for public inspection during regular office hours.
