§ 2-2-123. Audits.

  • The books and records of the authority shall be audited at least annually at the expense of the authority by a competent, independent auditor. The audit and a summary of the audit shall be filed with the clerk of the Board of Commissioners of Roads and Revenues [Board of Commissioners] of Henry County and shall be available for public inspection during regular office hours.

The above section originally was section 13 of the 1967 act; section 6 of the amendatory act redesignated it section 12. The board of commissioners of roads and revenues is now known as the board of commissioners. See Official Code of Georgia Annotated § 36-5-20.
