Any person violating the provisions of this article, shall, upon conviction in the
Magistrate Court of Henry County, Georgia, or upon plea of guilty or nolo contendere,
be punished by a fine as provided for in O.C.G.A. Section 15-10-60 as hereafter may
be amended. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
Nothing herein contained shall prevent Henry County from taking such other lawful
action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
