§ 3-13-17. Members.

The county recreation commission shall consist of five (5) persons appointed from each commission district. All members shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the board of commissioners. Each member shall be paid twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per meeting that they attend, not to exceed fourteen (14) paid meetings per fiscal year.
