The county recreation commission shall make semi-annual reports of activities to the
county administrator and such other special reports as may be required from time to
time. These semiannual reports are due on December 1 and June 1 of each year, and
shall, as a minimum, include for the previous period: activities conducted, number
of participants in each activity, number of participants who were residents of the
county, source, amount, and disposition of all funds, and a listing of physical facilities
or funds needed to enhance the recreation program, and projected activities for the
next succeeding semi-annual period.
