§ 3-14-28. Opening containers on licensed premises.

  • (a)

    No person shall open any alcoholic beverages for consumption, or otherwise, within one hundred (100) feet of a place of sale except within the confines of a private club or restaurant under the terms of this article.

    (b)

    No holder of a license authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail in the county, nor any agent or employee of the licensee, shall suffer or permit a violation of subsection (a).
