All decisions approving, denying, suspending, or revoking a permit issued pursuant
to this article or permits shall be in writing, with the reasons therefor stated,
and mailed or delivered to the applicant and/or the applicant's employer.
(b)
Upon timely application, any permittee aggrieved by the revocation and/or suspension
of a permit shall be afforded a hearing with an opportunity to present evidence and
cross-examine opposing witnesses.
