Licenses issued pursuant to this article shall be applicable to and valid with the
respect only to the business location referred to therein, and shall not be transferrable
to any person other than the named licensee, except that if the manager of a location
which is owned by a corporation is removed by that corporation from the position of
manager and a new manager is named for that location, then in that event, the new
manager's name must be provided to the county and all other pertinent information
requested by the county must be provided, and a fifty dollar ($50.00) transfer fee
must be paid. This provision does not apply to the sale of a business. Such licenses
shall expire upon and be of no validity after December 31 next after their issuance
except in the event of renewals.
