§ 3-15-24. Right of entry for purpose of inspection.

Teen clubs, teen dancehalls and youth activity centers shall at all times be open to the public authorities for entrance and inspection. All peace officers of the county shall have free access to teen clubs, teen dancehalls and/or youth activity centers when a dance or party is being conducted for the purpose of inspection and to enforce compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
