§ 3-15-28. Violation of a county ordinance.

  • Upon conviction of a violation of any provision of this article, a person may be subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) and costs, or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than sixty (60) days. Such a convicted person shall be subject to any one (1) or more of the punishments to the fullest extent provided by applicable law. Each violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
