§ 3-17-4. Same—Punishment.

Any person who pleads guilty, nolo contendere or is convicted of violating the provisions of this article, shall be punished as provided in O.C.G.A. § 15-10-60 or such other general law as may be in the future enacted to provide for punishment and penalties that may be imposed by the magistrate courts of the state. In addition to the fine and/or jail sentence, the judge may impose community service.
