§ 3-2-2. Insurance for county vehicles.

All vehicles owned and operated by the county shall be insured with coverage of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per person for bodily injury with an aggregate limit of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) per accident and fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for property damage.
