§ 3-2-56. Compensation of development authority.

All members of the county development authority shall be paid forty dollars ($40.00) per month out of funds of the development authority. If the authority's secretary-treasurer is not a member of the authority, he shall be paid forty dollars ($40.00) per month out of funds of the development authority.
