§ 3-3-23. License fee schedule.

(a)

Generally. Business license fees shall be as established and published by the board of commissioners.

(b)

Unlisted categories. Any person, firm or corporation engaged in business of any kind, which is not covered in this Code or the schedule of fees established as provided in paragraph (a) above, shall be required to purchase a business license. The fee for such license shall be determined by similar or related business as listed in the schedule of fees. Such fee shall remain in force until such time as the county commissioners may fix or assess the same.
