§ 3-3-24. Term, payment and proration.

All business licenses shall be issued for the calendar year and the required fees shall be paid in full by each person upon the issuance of the license. No pro rata license shall be issued to any person commencing business in the county after July 1 of each year where the business shall be considered as temporary. No license shall be issued at anytime for less than one-half of the annual fee.
