§ 3-3-29. Permit, etc., for exempt businesses.

A person who is exempt from paying a license fee to the county shall obtain a permit from the county license department. Such a permit shall be issued without charge upon the applicant submitting proper and lawful credentials which show that the applicant is exempt from paying the license fee. Such a person shall comply with all ordinances governing his business or occupation.
