§ 3-4-59. General provisions.

(a)

If any provision of this article, or the application of this article to any person or circumstance, shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions, or application of such other provisions, of this article which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application. To this end, the provisions of this article are hereby declared to be severable.

(b)

All laws and ordinances, or parts thereof, which conflict with the provisions of this article are repealed.

(c)

Be it further ordained, that the chairman of the board of commissioners be authorized to sign this article on behalf of the board of commissioners of Henry County, Georgia.
