§ 3-4-100. Fire and rescue department personnel designated as firefighters.

Those employees of the county fire and rescue department, whether paid or volunteer, who meet the minimum state qualifications as set forth in the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title 25, are designated as "firefighters."
