§ 3-4-109. Maintenance and repairs to fire hydrants.

Latest version.

All routine maintenance of fire hydrants, such as painting, greasing, and testing shall be performed by the county fire department. Repairs to the fire hydrants will be the responsibility of the county water and sewerage authority.
