§ 3-4-121. Penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this subchapter shall, upon conviction in the Magistrate Court of Henry County, Georgia, or upon a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or confinement in the Henry County Detention Facility for a period of no more than sixty (60) days. The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforcement, or removal of prohibited conditions, or correction of violations.
