§ 3-4-325. Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction in the magistrate court of Henry County, Georgia, or upon plea of guilty or nolo contendere, be punished by a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) and/or up to sixty (60) days' confinement in the county detention facility.
