§ 3-5-103. Licenses.

(a)

A licensee zone area map is hereby adopted and attached to this article as Exhibit "A." Copies of this article and map shall be available for public inspection in the administration office, board of commissioners, Henry County, Georgia.

(b)

A license for residential or commercial collection and disposal of solid waste for one (1) or more areas designated on the zone area map may be issued upon application, and approval of said application, by the occupational tax office.

(c)

Licensees shall provide collection services for the entire zone area. In residential areas may operate only between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
