§ 3-5-218. Water service.

(a)

Application. Any customer or developer desiring to be provided water services by the authority shall make an application for water services in person at the office of the authority located at the Administration Building, Phillips Drive, McDonough, Georgia.

(b)

Contract; fee. If the water distribution system is adjacent to or directly across the road from the consumer's property and no water line extension is required, service will be provided upon the customer executing the water subscription contract and payment of the connection fees.

(c)

Placement on meter installation list. Upon complying with the above-stated items, the customer will be placed upon the meter installation list. The connection and the meter will be installed by the authority as soon as practicable thereafter.
