This section must be complied with prior to obtaining rezoning or building permit
within the T.W.P.D.
(b)
Should the owner of a lot, parcel or tract of land, included in the T.W.P.D. propose
to divide any portion of his property that lies within the T.W.P.D., the owner or
his authorized agent shall submit a plat or drawing to scale showing the exact location
of any surface water that is located on or within two hundred fifty (250) feet of
the property to be zoned or permit to be issued upon.
