§ 2-2-63. Compensation of superior court clerk; employment, etc., of assistants.

  • The clerk of the Superior Court of Henry County shall be paid a base annual salary of thirty-six thousand six hundred dollars ($36,600.00), to be paid in equal monthly installments out of county funds. The clerk of the superior court is authorized to employ such deputies and other assistants as he deems necessary and to prescribe their duties and to set their salaries, but the number of such deputies and assistants and the salaries thereof shall be subject to the final approval of the board of commissioners.
