§ 2-2-64. Salary of probate judge; employment, etc., of clerks, etc.

The judge of the Probate Court of Henry County shall be paid a base annual salary of thirty-six thousand six hundred dollars ($36,600.00), to be paid in equal monthly installments out of county funds. The judge of the probate court is authorized to employ such clerks and other assistants as he deems necessary and to prescribe their duties and to set their salaries, but the number of such clerks and assistants and the salaries thereof shall be subject to the final approval of the board of commissioners.
