§ 2-4-27. Violation of business regulations.
A violation of any regulation adopted by the board of commissioners of Henry County pursuant to authority of an amendment to Article XI, Section I, Paragraph VI of the Constitution of 1945, authorizing the board of commissioners to regulate certain business activities within Henry County, shall constitute a misdemeanor which shall be punishable as prescribed by the general laws of the State of Georgia.
