§ 2-4-43. Issuance of permits and decals.

Each year, the tax commissioner shall issue mobile home location permits pursuant to regulations promulgated by the Georgia Department of Revenue to the owners of mobile homes subject to ad valorem taxation under Article 10 of Chapter 5 of Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated and shall issue a decal as proof of payment of said taxes.
