§ 2-4-44. Placement of decals.

Latest version.

All mobile homes subject to taxation shall display the decal issued by the tax commissioner in the front or rear window thereof, whichever is nearest to the roadway. If no such window exists, or if the front or rear of the mobile home does not face the roadway, then the decal shall be displayed in the window nearest to the door facing the roadway.
