§ 3-13-3. Same—Exemptions.

[The following are exempted from section 3-13-2:]
(1)

Certain events that, by their nature, require the presence of animals are exempt, such as rodeo events, horse shows, dog shows and farm exhibitions; and

(2)

Seeing eye dogs.
