Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 3-13-2. Same—Violations.
It shall be unlawful for any person, individual or corporation, its agents or employees to do or allow any of the following acts in the county parks:
(1)
Bring any domesticated animal into any public building;
(2)
Allow any domesticated animal to threaten the safety, security, peace of mind or enjoyment of others;
(3)
Fail to restrain any domesticated animal with a leash or other instrument of six (6) feet or less in length;
(4)
Leave any domesticated animal unattended;
(5)
Allow a domesticated animal to enter or come within fifty (50) feet of concession or seating areas during and thirty (30) minutes prior to or after a sporting event;
(6)
Allow any domesticated animal to enter upon the athletic fields;
(7)
Fail to pick up or remove and properly dispose of outside the park of excrement of any domesticated animal;
(8)
Allow any domesticated hoofed animal such as a horse, pig, donkey or cattle to enter upon the premises without express written permission of the county; or
(9)
Allow any domesticated animal, such as a dog, cat or other domesticated pet, to enter Village Park at North Henry located at 750 Fairview Road in Ellenwood, Georgia, without express written permission of the county.
