§ 3-13-20. Personnel.

Within the constraints imposed by the county's prevailing wage scales, the annual budget, and personnel policies of the county, the county recreation commission shall be authorized to recommend the selection, and appointment of full and part-time employees to assist in operating the recreation program. All recreation employees will be paid from the county's payroll. Care shall be taken in all personnel action to prevent discrimination against any person or group. Full-time or part-time employees will be hired only with the concurrence of the county administrator and approved by the board of commissioners and in compliance with the personnel policies of the county.
