§ 3-14-25. Minimum server age.

  • (a)

    No holder of a license authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail in the county, nor any agent or employee of the licensee, shall allow or require a person in his employment under eighteen (18) years of age to dispense, serve, sell, or take orders for any alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises.

    (b)

    The provisions of this section shall not prohibit persons under twenty-one (21) years of age who are employed in supermarkets, convenience stores, breweries or drug stores from selling or handling alcoholic beverages which are sold for consumption off the premises.
