§ 2-2-66. Expense allowance for sheriff, clerk of superior court, probate judge and tax commissioner.

  • The sheriff, the clerk of the superior court, the ordinary and the tax commissioner shall each receive an annual expense allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for travel and expenses while on official business. Such expense allowance shall be in addition to all other compensation and expenses authorized by law for such officers.
