§ 2-2-66. Expense allowance for sheriff, clerk of superior court, probate judge and tax commissioner.

The sheriff, the clerk of the superior court, the ordinary and the tax commissioner shall each receive an annual expense allowance of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for travel and expenses while on official business. Such expense allowance shall be in addition to all other compensation and expenses authorized by law for such officers.
