§ 2-4-45. Enforcement.

(a)

The Henry County Code Enforcement Department is hereby appointed the authorized agent of the county to issue citations for failure to display decals as required by this article.

(b)

Citations shall be issued by the Henry County Code Enforcement Department upon receipt of a list compiled by the appraisal staff of the board of tax assessors, which identifies the mobile homes failing to display decals as required by this article.
